During my recent week-long stay with my partner, we were delighted by the hotel's serene atmosphere, thanks to a surprisingly quiet courtyard-facing room that provided restful nights. The friendly and attentive staff made every moment memorable, happily assisting us with tour arrangements and restaurant recommendations. Although I found the breakfast lacking a buffet option, the in-house restaurant's selections more than made up for it, offering ample opportunities to indulge in delightful Vietnamese cuisine. Post-day explorations, we particularly enjoyed unwinding in the outdoor pool, while the on-site spa, although modest in size, provided a perfect escape with tempting treatments that rejuvenated our spirits. Ciao Saigon Hotel & Spa is truly a gem that caters to every traveler's needs, making it a noteworthy choice for anyone looking to explore the bustling city while having a tranquil retreat to return to.
